Enlarged Session of Students Council of the Faculty of Letters
On October 10th, 2018, the enlarged session of the Students Council of the Faculty of Letters was organized. The Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor, Dr., Carolina Dodu-Savca has spoken to the students about the importance of this academic structure that provides the operating and transparent coordination of the training-educating practices through tutorial, mentoring and civil protection-related information activities, schedule of university and sociocultural events.
Dr. Gholamali Mohammadifard, the director of the Center of Psychological Counselling and Career Orientation, has mentioned the activities specific to the center and notified them about the psychological support they may benefit for free in case academic or other nature difficulties occur. He has said also that the students may implicate as volunteers in the activities of the center.
Ciprian Rotary, a 2nd year student of the Faculty of Letters was assigned as the president of the Students Council: “I am happy that I was chosen as president and I will make all possible to fulfill accordingly my attributions and to represent the interests of my colleagues”.
Carolina Dodu-Savca, the dean of the Faculty of Letters has suggested to the students to identify the candidates from the six departments of foreign languages studying and to assign them the responsibilities aimed at improving the education process.
The Students Council of the Faculty of Letters is a structure that aims at promoting the interests of the students and strengthening the students’ self-governance.
