Stimați membri ai comunității academice ULIM,
Astăzi marcăm un moment aniversar deosebit – 27 de ani de la fondarea ULIM și de la crearea primei instituții de învățământ superior privat din Republica Moldova. ULIM reprezintă o instituție emblematică, un proiect impunător și ambițios pe care l-am moștenit cu toții de la regretatul rector fondator Academicianul Andrei GALBEN, cunoscut ca Omul care a dat viață unui copil al reformelor, Părintele învățământului privat, Vizionar, Lider și Manager de excepție. Din 1992 și până în prezent, ULIM a avut un parcurs remarcabil, demonstrând potențialul inestimabil, demn de admirație, prin ralierea la cele mai înalte standarde educaționale și prin dezvoltarea impetuoasă.
În cei 27 de ani de activitate prolifică, ULIM și-a zidit propriul model de schimbare a societății prin intermediul educației și cercetării, prin abnegație și toleranță, prin meritocrație și calitate.
Am reușit, prin măsuri strategice eficiente, prin găsirea unor soluții alternative, să ne diversificăm ofertele și să schimbăm abordarea. Și toate acestea datorită unui personal dedicat, studenților entuziaști și absolvenților atașați Universității noastre.
Cu ajutorul colegilor, colaboratorilor, profesorilor, absolvenților, studenților și partenerilor instituționali ne propunem proiectarea unui viitor vibrant, dinamic și prosper. Suntem comunitatea care afișează o poziție ireductibilă, fapt ce îl datorăm predecesorilor noștri, care au avut grijă ca piatra de temelie să fie una viguroasă și integră. ULIM a fost și va rămâne punctul de reper al excelenței, performanței, competitivității, inovațiilor, activităților educaționale și de cercetare.
La acest ceas aniversar, în numele Senatului ULIM, Vă transmit gânduri alese însoțite de sănătate și bunăstare, Vă adresez mulțumiri pentru activitatea didactico-științifică desfășurată de-a lungul celor 27 de ani de excelență academică, urându-vă noi forțe și noi performanțe întru consolidarea unui sistem educațional sănătos și de calitate.
Reiterez angajamentul responsabilității față de studenți, de profesori și absolvenți, exprimând recunoștința pentru implicare, pentru aportul adus la înfăptuirea actului educațional și la promovarea valorilor ULIM.

Dear members of the academic community of ULIM,
Today we celebrate a special anniversary moment – 27 years since the foundation of ULIM and the creation of the first private higher education institution of the Republic of Moldova. ULIM represents an emblematic institution, a dignified and ambitious project that we all have inherited from the late rector founder Academician Andrei GALBEN, known as The Man that had gave life to a child of reforms, the Father of the private education, the Man of Vision, Leader and Exceptional Manager. Since 1992 up to present day, ULIM had a remarkable evolution, showing the priceless potential, worthy of admiration for the conformity to the highest education standards and the impetuous development.
The 27 years of prolific activity, ULIM has built its own model of social change through education and research, abnegation and tolerance, meritocracy and quality.
We managed, due to efficient strategic measures, to find alternative solutions, to diversify the offers and to change the approach. All these, thanks to a dedicated staff, enthusiastic students and affectionate graduates of our University.
With the help of colleagues, collaborators, professors, graduates, students and institutional partners, we want to design a vibrating, dynamic and prosperous future. We are the community that holds an irreducible position, fact we owe to our predecessors, who took care that the foundation stone be vigorous and integer. ULIM was and remains the reference point of excellence, performance, competitiveness, innovations, education and research activities.
Allow me, in the name of ULIM’s Senate, to express You the best wishes and to thank You for the didactic-scientific activity performed over the 27 years of academic excellence, new forces and new performances be with you in order to strengthen a moderate and quality education system.
I reaffirm the commitment of responsibility toward the students, professors and graduates, expressing the gratitude for the implication and the contribution to the realization of education actus and to the promotion of ULIM’s values.

Сегодня мы отмечаем особый праздник – 27 лет со дня основания ULIM и создания первого приватного высшего учебного заведения в Республике Молдова. ULIM является знаковым университетом, внушительным и амбициозным проектом, который унаследован всеми нами от покойного академика Андрея ГАЛБЕНА, известного как Человек, который создал дитя реформ, наш университет, как Отец приватного образования, Провидец, Лидер и Менеджер исключительного уровня. С 1992 года и до настоящего времени ULIM прошел замечательный путь, продемонстрировав бесценный потенциал, достойный восхищения, присоединяясь к самым высоким образовательным стандартам и стремительно развиваясь.
За 27 лет плодотворной деятельности ULIM создал собственную модель преобразования общества посредством образования и исследований, посредством самоотверженности и толерантности, меритократии и качества.
Нам удалось, благодаря успешным стратегическим мерам, применению альтернативных решений, диверсифицировать наши предложения и изменить подходы. Все это стало возможным благодаря преданным своему делу сотрудникам, студентам и выпускникам – энтузиастам нашего Университета.
С помощью коллег, сотрудников, преподавателей, выпускников, студентов и партнеров, мы предлагаем планирование гибкого, динамичного и процветающего будущего. Мы сообщество, которое показывает неизменную позицию, благодаря нашим предшественникам, которые позаботились о том, чтобы краеугольный камень университета был надежным и целостным. ULIM был и остается ориентиром совершенства, конкурентоспособности, инноваций, образовательной и научной деятельности.
В этот праздничный час, от имени Сената ULIM, передаю пожелания здоровья и благополучия, выражаю благодарность за научно-педагогическую деятельность на протяжении всех 27 лет академических достижений, а также желаю всем нам новых свершений для создания качественной и здоровой системы образования.
Я еще раз подчеркиваю приверженность подчетности перед студентами, преподавателями и выпускниками, а также выражаю благодарность за их участие и вклад в образование и продвижение ценностей ULIM.
